By accessing or using BUILD's website, platform, or any of our services—including our AI developer training and AI product building course—you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Services

BUILD provides an AI-native development bootcamp delivered live online. Services may include: access to curriculum and materials, in-browser tools (e.g. AI IDE), community channels (e.g. Discord), cohort sessions, and support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where feasible.

Your Account and Conduct

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

When using our AI product building course and community, you agree not to:

• Violate laws—or encourage others to do so.
• Infringe IP—copy, share, or resell our curriculum or materials without permission.
• Harass or abuse—other participants or our team.
• Misuse the platform—e.g. scraping, bypassing access controls, or introducing malware.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other serious reasons.

Payments and Refunds

Fees for the AI-native development bootcamp are as stated at the time of purchase. You pay the amount due for your chosen tier (e.g. Beginner, Pro, Lifetime). Payment terms (one-time or installments) will be clearly shown before checkout.

Refund policy will be specified at purchase (e.g. money-back window). Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after the refund period. We may make exceptions at our discretion in special circumstances; contact us for requests.

Intellectual Property

BUILD's curriculum, content, branding, and platform are owned by iComputingLabs or our licensors. Your enrollment in our AI developer training grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own learning during the program. You may not redistribute, resell, or create derivative courses from our content without written permission. Projects you build during the AI product building course are yours; we do not claim ownership of your code or products.

Disclaimers

BUILD is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific career or income outcomes. While we aim to deliver high-quality AI developer training, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the platform and third-party tools (e.g. AI providers) at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iComputingLabs and BUILD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of our AI-native development bootcamp or related services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

Governing Law and Contact
